I joined Vilomix back in 2013 as a trained warehouse and logistics operator. Five years later, I wanted to pursue another dream, but I quickly returned to Vilomix after a couple of years away from the company. I was hired in a new position as a production employee and now serve as the team leader for the warehouse.
The reason I chose to come back to Vilomix was that I missed the opportunity the company provides for my personal and professional development. I see Vilomix as an incredibly exciting and instructive company, which is why I consider it the perfect place for me to develop personally and professionally.
In my daily life, it's crucial for me that there's an understanding both on a personal level and in the professional realm. I have gained a great understanding of my colleagues because I work both in production and in the warehouse. Therefore, I know what the different tasks involve, and it contributes to making me a better team leader.
The best part of my job is that we make things work together seamlessly, allowing us to get through busy days in the best possible way. We always help each other in the various departments, providing a broader knowledge of different tasks and enhancing flexibility.
I am pleased to be in a company where you are allowed to work across departments, as mentioned earlier, providing a broader understanding and fostering a great sense of unity among colleagues.
